Description
It is our pleasure to announce NESA's 29th Annual Meeting will be held October 6 thru 8, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa in Bastrop, Texas. The Annual Meeting is a chance for energy professionals to meet with customers and colleagues and discuss and exchange ideas on matters of importance affecting the industry. The relaxed yet professional environment provides a perfect setting in which delegates can further the relationships and skills necessary for effective management and leadership. We hope you will take this opportunity to join NESA for this exciting and enlightening exchange of information as we continue to offer Education & Networking for the Energy Professional.
PROGRAM DETAILS The Annual Meeting Planning Committee has secured many distinguished and knowledgeable speakers who will discuss thought-provoking issues facing the energy industry (visit Events Schedule for a complete list of confirmed speakers). Our theme for Energy Forum 2010 is Significance of Shales: Where to Play & Which Ones Pay. Topics for presentation will include an overview of the shale revolution and a moderated panel with multiple representatives discussing their companys involvement with the Eagle Ford, Fayetteville, Haynesville, Marcellus and Perryville Shale projects. Additional speakers will also address the economy and weather impacts on the industry.
NEW FORMAT The meeting format has been modified from previous years in 2010 we will kick off the conference on Wednesday afternoon by hosting our annual Golf Tournament for registered participants followed by the Opening Reception for all delegates & guests that evening. On Thursday delegates will attend the full-day General Session & Luncheon and that night enjoy our final Reception with their guests. We will then host a Closing Breakfast for all delegates & guests on Friday morning.

NOTE: NESA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a Sponsor of Continuing Professional Education. NESA will offer 9 hours of CPE Credit for attendance at the Annual Meeting General Session.
