It is our pleasure to announce NESA's 26th Annual Meeting will be held October 1 - 3, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. The meeting is designed to be our signature event of 2008 and will cater to all aspects of the energy services community. We feel the Annual Meeting will once again be the best conference and networking opportunity around, offering a high quality gathering in a relaxing yet professional environment at an affordable cost. VENUE DETAILS Set amidst 200 wooded acres the outstanding facilities and timeless charm of the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort will delight our meeting delegates. NESAs previous visit to the venue was in 2001 and were sure those of you who joined us then will be pleased to see how the property has matured. All delegates will appreciate the convenient location only minutes from downtown, the famous Riverwalk & historic Alamo, as well as the airport. A 27-hole championship golf course, a world-class spa and 4-acre water park coupled with superb Hyatt service makes this property a successful San Antonio corporate venue that our guests will enjoy. PROGRAM DETAILS The Annual Meeting Planning Committee has secured many distinguished speakers who will present their views on a number of timely issues facing the industry (visit Events Schedule for a complete list of confirmed speakers). Our theme for Energy Forum 2008 is Industry Insights for Strategic Success and speakers will discuss the climate and status of the energy industry as well as methods and means for future changes. Topics for presentations will include: global commodities market; MLPs; LNG; risk management; energy trading; weather impacts and analysis of the grid. The agenda has been revised from previous years - in 2008 we will offer an evening Opening Reception on Wednesday, follwed by a full-day General Session & luncheon (featuring a keynote speaker) on Thursday. The General Session will conclude with a Cocktail Hour, which will afford delegates ample time to take cutomers and colleagues out for a night on the town. We will then host a Closing Breakfast for all delegates and our Golf Tournament on Friday. Make plans to join us NOW - NESAs 27th Annual Meeting is definitely an event you won't want to miss!
