LODGING
|
The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is the Headquarters Hotel for NESA's 29th Annual Meeting. Sleeping rooms have been reserved for Delegates at the discounted rate of $195 per night and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
All reservations should be made directly with Hyatt on or before September 13, 2010 - discounted room rates will not be available after 9/13. Please call (512) 308-1234 OR (800) 233-1234 and refer to the National Energy Services Association (NESA) Annual Meeting to receive discounted room rates. NESA discounted room rates are applicable October 5 thru 9.
NOTE: HRLP has WAIVED the $20.00 per room, per day Resort Fee for NESA's Annual Meeting. Delegates are responsible for making sure this fee has not been charged when settling their accounts with Hyatt.

ATTIRE
|
Business casual dress is encouraged for all NESA Annual Meeting events, including the receptions and educational sessions.
At the request of the resort please note that (at a minimum) shirts, swimsuit cover-ups and shoes MUST be worn in all public areas.
Wolfdancer Golf Club requires collared shirts and has a NO DENIM policy.

GOLF TOURNAMENT
|
NESA will host an 18-hole scramble Golf Tournament from 12:00 to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 6th at Wolfdancer Golf Club located on the property of the Hyatt Regency. Cost will be $200 per person regardless of Membership Status and includes unlimited range access, greens fees & golf cart, box lunch and beverages on the course.
NOTE: An individual MUST be registered as a meeting delegate OR spouse/guest to participate in the Golf Tourney.
Foursomes will be assigned to the course by random drawing unless pre-selection of preferred teammates is received in writing by September 24.
Awards will be given for First & Second Place Teams, as well as Longest Drive & Closest-to-the-Pin for men and women. Awards will be presented during the Opening Reception.
NOTE: Luggage storage will be available for participants during the tournament.

National Energy Services Association (NESA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a Sponsor of Continuing Professional Education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. NESA will offer 9 hours of CPE Credit for attendance at the Annual Meeting General Session.
