Annual Meeting Notes

LODGING
The Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa is the Headquarters Hotel for NESA's 27th Annual Meeting. Sleeping rooms have been reserved for Delegates at the special rate of $229 per night and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

All reservations should be made directly with Hyatt on or before September 9, 2008 - discounted room rates may not be available after 9/9. Please call (210) 647-1234 OR (800) 233-1234 and refer to the National Energy Services Association (NESA) Annual Meeting to receive discounted room rates.
 
ATTIRE
Business casual dress is encouraged for all NESA Annual Meeting events, including the receptions and educational session.

At the request of the resort please note that at a minimum shirts, swimsuit cover-ups and shoes MUST be worn in all public areas.

Hill Country Golf Club requires collared shirts and has a "no demin" policy. The course is also a no-spike facility.
 


GOLF TOURNAMENT
NESA will host an 18-hole scramble Golf Tournament at 8:00 AM on Friday, October 3 at the Hill Country Golf Club located on the property of the Hyatt Regency. Designed by Arthur Hills and set on more than 200 acres in the hill country the 27-holes of the course have wide-ranging terrain with rolling meadows, steep hillsides, wooded ravines and tree-shaded plateaus, as well as the tranquil threat of lakes and ponds.

A maximum of 144 players will be participating in the outing. Cost will be $200 per person regardless of Membership Status. An individual MUST be registered as a meeting delegate OR spouse/guest to participate in the Golf Tourney. Cost includes breakfast & lunch, unlimited range access, greens fees & golf cart and beverages on the course.

Foursomes will be assigned to the course by random drawing unless pre-selection of preferred teammates is received in writing by September 9.

Awards will be given for First and Second Place teams, as well as Longest Drive and Closest-to-the-Pin for Men and Women during the post-tourney luncheon.
 
SPA SERVICES
Revel in the relaxing Texas lifestyle as you treat yourself to a variety of therapies in the Hyatt's Windflower Spa. The spacious, 14,000 square foot facility offers a variety of treatments, as well as men's and women's relaxation pools, saunas, whirlpools, an outdoor spa pool and a full range of salon services.

Contact the spa directly for a complete listing of services and fees or to make individual reservations during your stay. Spa services are NOT included in the cost of delegate registration.

HOSPITALITY / CORPORATE OUTINGS
NESA's Board of Directors requests that any company wishing to host a Hospitality function or Corporate Sponsored outing in conjunction with the Annual Meeting please alert NESA Staff of its decision to do so in advance of the meeting. Functions should be prohibited from conflicting with our evening Receptions, as well as the General Session and Golf Tournament.

NOTE: Hyatt will offer discounted pricing for in-house hospitality suites to our guests - contact NESA Staff for details.
 
CPE CREDITS
National Energy Services Association (NESA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a Sponsor of Continuing Professional Education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. NESA will offer 9 hours of CPE Credit for attendance at the Annual Meeting General Session.
