Receipt of Registration
|
|
Your registration (online or hard copy) accompanied by payment to cover all Annual Meeting activities must be received in NESA Headquarters no later than Wednesday, September 23, 2009.
|

Membership Policy
|
2009 NESA dues must be paid to enroll at the discounted membership rate. NESA Membership is on an individual basis, not by company, and is non-transferable. If you personally are NOT a Member of NESA you must register at the Non-Member rate.
However, Non-Members may register for this event at the discounted rate if a completed Membership Application (online or hard copy) and payment of dues ($100.00 annually) are included with Annual Meeting Registration. Those who join NESA in conjunction with the Annual Meeting will receive Membership through March 1, 2011.

Delegate Registration
|
The registration fee for NESA's Annual Meeting is $500 per current Member and $575 per Non-Member if received on or before Friday, September 4, 2009. For delegates registering after 9/4/09 a $125 late fee will be assessed regardless of Membership Status.
Registration fees include Receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, the General Session & Luncheon on Thursday and Closing Breakfast on Friday.

Guest Registration
|
The registration fee is $150 per guest (regardless of delegate membership status with NESA) if received on or before Friday, September 4, 2009. For guests registering after 9/4/09 a $50 late fee will be assessed.
Registration fees include participation at Receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, the General Session Luncheon on Thursday and Closing Breakfast on Friday.
NOTE: A guest is considered to be a spouse / significant other / friend / adult / child who is NOT in an industry related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may NOT use the guest registration category.

Cancellation / Refund / Substitution
|
|
Refund minus a $50 handling fee will be made for WRITTEN CANCELLATION received on or before Friday, September 4, 2009. If a cancellation request is received after 9/4/09 the fees will be completely non-refundable. SUBSTITUTIONS of delegates will be accepted until Wednesday, September 23.
