RECEIPT OF REGISTRATION

Your registration (online or hard copy) accompanied by payment to cover all Annual Meeting activities must be received in NESA Headquarters no later than Friday, September 23, 2011.
|

MEMBERSHIP POLICY
|
2011 NESA dues must be paid to enroll at the discounted membership rate. NESA Membership is on an individual basis, not by company, and is non-transferable. If you personally are NOT a Member of NESA you must register at the Non-Member rate.
However, Non-Members may register for this event at the discounted rate if a completed Membership Application (online or hard copy) and payment of dues ($125.00 annually) are included with Annual Meeting Registration. Those who join NESA in conjunction with the Annual Meeting will receive Membership through January 2013.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION
|
The registration fee for NESA's Annual Meeting is $550 per current Member and $675 per Non-Member if received on or before Monday, September 12, 2011. For delegates registering after 9/12/11 a $150 late fee will be assessed regardless of Membership Status.
Registration fee includes Receptions on Wednesday & Thursday evenings, the General Session & Luncheon on Thursday and Closing Breakfast on Friday.

GUEST REGISTRATION
|
GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED TO ATTEND ANY/ALL PORTIONS OF THE ANNUAL MEETING WITH A DELEGATE. Please make sure your guest is properly registered to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience on-site.
The registration fee is $225 per guest (regardless of delegate membership status with NESA) if received on or before Monday, September 12, 2011. For guests registering after 9/12/11 a $50 late fee will be assessed.
Guest Registration fee includes Receptions on Wednesday & Thursday evenings, the General Session Luncheon on Thursday and Closing Breakfast on Friday.
NOTE: A guest is considered to be a spouse / significant other / friend / adult / child who is NOT in an industry related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may NOT use the guest registration category.

CANCELLATION / REFUND / SUBSTITUTION
|
|
Refund minus a $150 handling fee will be made for WRITTEN CANCELLATION notice received on or before Monday, September 12. If a cancellation is received after 9/12/11 the fees will be completely non-refundable. SUBSTITUTIONS of delegates will be accepted until Friday, September 23.
