Bio: Scott J. Garner is Vice President of Corporate Development and Joint Venture Management of MarkWest Energy Partners. Prior to joining MarkWest in 2005, Mr. Garner held various Director and Manager-level midstream business development, asset management, project evaluation and strategic planning positions, most recently with El Paso Field Services Company. Prior to El Paso, Mr. Garner served with Great Divide Gas Services, LLC, Coastal Field Services Company, Colorado Interstate Gas Company and Conoco’s Continental Pipeline Company subsidiary. Mr. Garner holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
