National Energy Services Association (NESA) is a 501(c) non-profit organization.  As such, our programs and services are funded by annual Membership Dues, event revenue and through the support of our generous Corporate and Event Sponsors.  

Sponsors are recognized by NESA in a variety of ways: promotion with logo artwork and hyper-links on our web site event details pages, in email blast marketing & confirmation related to the events, and with signs / banners throughout the events.

Annual Corporate Sponsorship - Sponsorship at this level includes recognition at ALL association events during the calendar year including but not limited to: regional Membership Mixers, Spring & Fall Golf and Sporting Clays Tournaments, Technical Training classes & regional seminars, and our annual Bowling Tournament & Crawfish Boil.  In addition to promotion on all of our event detail pages our Corporate Sponsors are featured on the top of every page of navigation within our web site.  Sponsorship Pledge is $5,000.

General Sponsorship - Sponsorship at this level includes recognition at select events (listed above) that your company prefers to support.  BRONZE LEVEL at $1,000 - choose any two events; SILVER LEVEL at $2,500 - choose any 5 events; GOLD LEVEL at $3,500 - choose any 7 events.

Annual Meeting Sponsorship - Sponsorship of our signature educational & networking event of the year includes recognition at ALL activities associated with the meeting including Opening & Thursday night Receptions, General Session with Luncheon, Closing Breakfast and Golf Tournament.  Meeting sponsorships for this event are available at $2,500 and $5,000 and include complimentary delegate registrations for the event.  Additional Sponsorships are available for specific events at the Annual Meeting, as well as for the Golf Tournament held in conjunction with this event, and range from $500 to $1,000.  Sponsoring companies who pledge support by June 1, 2012 will be listed in the marketing material that will be mailed to all NESA contacts.

BBQ Cook-Off Sponsorship - Rapidly becoming one of our more popular annual events, this Mixer is hosted in conjunction with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.  With funding from NESA & our Sponsors our hosting team, The Brisket Cases, was able to award $30,000 in Scholarships to participants at the livestock show in 2011.  Companies are invited to Sponsor this event with pledge amounts ranging from $750 to $2,500 - all levels include complimentary delegate registration(s).

Crawfish Boil Sponsorship - Show your support for the energy industry's BIGGEST crawfish boil - over 250 delegates attend this event annually.  Companies are invited to Sponsor with pledge amounts ranging from $500 to $1,500 for this event - all levels include complimentary delegate registration(s).

Spring & Fall Golf Tournament Sponsorship - Sponsorships available for these events include: Competition Holes (Hole-in-One, Longest Drive & Closest-to-the-Pin), Beverage Carts & Stations and Lunch & Dinner.  Pledge amounts range from $250 to $750 for these events.

Clays Tournament Sponsorship - Sponsorships available for this event include: Shooting Stations, Transportation, Beverages, Dinner, Specialty Items & Give-Aways.  Pledge amounts range from $150 to $750 for this event.
