Regional Activities - In an era of energy industry mergers and acquisitions, NESA provides opportunities for its members to maintain relationships with their colleagues and to explore issues affecting the industry today. To accomplish this objective, the organization sponsors events convenient to the membership as well as varied in venue and focus. Activities are held in Houston and in cities across the country and Canada.

Technical Training - NESA offers classes that teach not only the basic skills required for all key functions within the industry, but also provide an understanding of the relationships between these functions. Essential Skills for Natural Gas classes offered include:

-- Fundamentals of Electricity

Annual Meeting - Held in October, NESA's Annual Meeting is a chance for energy professionals to meet with their colleagues in a relaxed yet professional environment to develop and strengthen relationships vital to the effective functioning of the industry.

Membership Directory - NESA's Membership Directory is consistently ranked as one of the better services the organization provides. As a NESA member, you can log in with your ID and password and view and/or print the directory online.  A printed directory is sent complimentary to all members in even years, 2008 being the most recent.
