Description
Join NESA for all the crawfish and beer you can handle at the energy industry's BIGGEST Crawfish Boil. This is one of our most popular Membership Mixers and we're expecting over 200 people to attend this long-standing tradition. Join us for 1,000+ pounds of crawfish & jambalaya while watching LIVE thoroughbred racing - you won't want to miss out on this memorable networking opportunity!
The event will be hosted at the Pavilion Centre at Sam Houston Race Park located adjacent to the race track, directly north of the main Grandstand. Your registration fee covers free parking and admission to the venue as well as awesome cajun cuisine and beverages throughout the night! There will be tellers and wagering assistants in the Pavilion to help you to place bets (on your own dime!) once the live racing starts at 7:00 P.M.
MEMBERS and NON-MEMBERS are invited to participate at the crawfish boil. The registration fee for the event is $75.00 per NESA Member and $100.00 per Non-Member.
REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31, 2010. After 3/31 you may only register ON-SITE at a cost of $100 per person regardless of Membership Status - cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.
Requests for CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION must be made in writing and received by NESA no later than March 26. Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 handling fee prior to 3/26. After that date there will be no refunds issued.
