Description
Join NESA for all the cajun cuisine, beer & margaritas you can handle at the energy industry's BIGGEST Crawfish Boil. This is one of our most popular Membership Mixers and we're expecting over 200 people to attend this long-standing tradition. Join us for 1,000+ pounds of crawfish & jambalaya - you won't want to miss out on this memorable networking opportunity!
This year the event will be hosted at THE HOUSTON POLO CLUB located just minutes from The Galleria-area and downtown Houston. Your registration fee covers parking and admission to the venue as well as awesome cajun cuisine & beverages throughout the night! NOTE: There will be a live exhibition game during the event!
MEMBERS and NON-MEMBERS are invited to participate at the crawfish boil. The registration fee for the event is $80.00 per NESA Member and $125.00 per Non-Member / Guest.
REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM TUESDAY, MAY 1, 2012. After 5/1 you may only register ON-SITE at a cost of $125 per person regardless of Membership Status - cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.
Requests for CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION must be made in writing and received by NESA no later than Friday, April 27. Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 handling fee prior to 4/27. After that date there will be no refunds issued.
