There will be NO registrations accepted after 2/23 and absolutely NO on-site registration. 5th Annual HLSR BBQ Cook-Off Mixer Event Past View Registration List Description NESA has decided to hitch our wagon to the popular opening event of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo once again for a Round-Up of energy industry professionals. We want YOU to join us for our Fifth Annual World Championship BBQ Cook-Off Membership Mixer on Thursday, February 25 at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas! Tickets are limited so register ASAP to guarantee your spot at this hoe-down. While rodeo contestants are gearing up to ride bucking bulls and horses others are polishing their culinary tools and skills in preparation for some very heated competition. NESA is happy to extend to our Members and their Guests the opportunity to kick-off the official rodeo season with the Brisket Cases Cook-Off Team. They'll do the cooking if you bring your appetite! The Brisket Cases are one of the longest-running participating teams at the Cook Off. With NESA's assistance in 2009 they were able to award over $30,000 in scholarships to participants of the livestock show. A portion of every delegate registration fee will once again be donated to the Brisket Cases to further their scholarship program efforts in 2010. MEMBERS and NON-MEMBERS are invited to participate at NESA's BBQ Cook-Off Membership Mixer. The registration fee for the event is $75.00 per NESA Member and $125.00 per Non-Member. The cost of admission will cover entrance to the Brisket Cases booth, a wide-variety of BBQ served from 6 to 8 P.M. and an OPEN BAR throughout the Mixer. Guests will also enjoy live entertainment during the event! Please note: Registration fee does not include admission to Reliant Park or any parking/shuttle fees. REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2010. This event REQUIRES advance registration. There will be NO registrations accepted after 2/23 and NO on-site registration. CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION requests must be made in writing and received by NESA Staff no later than February 19. Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 handling fee prior to 2/19 and will not be issued at all after that date. Please plan to help NESA kick-off the Cook Off in style!
